Returns
Thirty days from delivery on unused sets in their original packaging — tell us the order number and we send a prepaid label. Refunds land 3–5 days after the set reaches us.
Faulty lights
Every set carries a 12-month warranty. If a strand or controller fails, send a short video and we ship a replacement immediately — nothing to post back.
